Back Mountain Carpentry (BMC) is a fully insured remodeling company in Concord, New Hampshire owned by Ryan McCarthy. Ryan received a degree in Construction Management from the University of New Hampshire in 1999. After college, he worked in design and drafting until he realized that in order to be a great designer on paper, he had to better understand how construction worked in the real world. He began working for local home builders and, in 2002, he joined with a partner to start their own framing and remodeling company. In 2008, after his partner moved out of state, Ryan established Back Mountain Carpentry.
